To remove the evaporator, first disconnect the battery and evacuate refrigerant safely Access the evaporator by removing the dashboard or hvac housing. Either you don't have enough air flow over the evaporator , or you have heat leaking into the system (duct work) Over charging a system will reduce the effective area of the condenser, and raise the pressure causing more heat in the refrigerant that can't be shed by the reduced effective area of the condenser!
