This storyboard is legit considering it leaked far far before we even got a trailer and the overall scene aside from minor changes is near identical in some places. The water mark/ logo is there because the video will be removed if not #sonicmovie3 Badniks have technically been in sonic movie 2, so them appearing again in the third makes sense Going by the sonic 3 tweet, if its real then this basically confirms that not only is eggman in the movie, but also the space colony ark with the film being an adaption of sonic adventure 2.
